School zones: 20 km/h and a full stop for children

In school zones, drivers must: slow down to 20 km/h and use extreme caution; take extra precautions when a school-transport vehicle is stopped on the road carrying out boarding or alighting of children and they intend to pass it; yield to children and adolescents by coming to a full stop (alto total); not double-park; and respect the channelization set up at the site.
