Periférico de Mérida: limits per lane

On the Periférico of the city of Mérida the limits are set per lane: in the center lane and the left lane, the maximum is 90 km/h and the minimum 70 km/h; in the right lane, the maximum is 80 km/h and the minimum 60 km/h.
