20 km/h zones: schools, hospitals, temples, meeting places

In school zones, hospital zones, temple zones and in front of duly marked meeting places, the maximum speed is 20 km/h. This is the only category in the Article 236 table with no minimum speed. Note it is broader than school zones alone: hospitals, temples and marked meeting places share the same 20 km/h cap.
