Pedestrian signals

Pedestrian signals (Article 309): a red standing human silhouette — steady or flashing — the words ‘no pase’/’alto’, or an extended-hand silhouette mean do not cross. A white or green walking silhouette or ‘pase’/’siga’ means you may cross. When the walking silhouette or word flashes, pedestrians already crossing must hurry, and those who have not started must wait.
