Green light and flashing green

A green light lets vehicles proceed. When the green is flashing, drivers must reduce speed so as to stop when the amber comes — flashing green announces the end of the phase (Article 308, section VI). When turning on a green light, drivers yield to pedestrians; where there is no pedestrian signal, pedestrians cross with the vehicle green in their same direction.
