Turning with pedestrians crossing; seniors and disabled people
Pedestrians have preference over vehicle traffic when a vehicle must turn to enter another street and there are pedestrians crossing it, and when they use pedestrian crossings — the only exception there being emergency and public-security vehicles on urgent service (Fuente: Reglamento de la Ley de Tránsito y Vialidad del Estado de Yucatán, Artículo 168).
Drivers stopped at crossings must hold back until seniors (senescentes) and people with disabilities have crossed the ENTIRE roadway, not just their own lane (Fuente: Reglamento de la Ley de Tránsito y Vialidad del Estado de Yucatán, Artículo 190).
