Zero tolerance for public transport drivers

Drivers of public transport service vehicles are subject to zero tolerance: they must not present any amount of alcohol in the blood, not even simple symptoms of alcohol breath, nor simple symptoms of being under the influence of narcotics, psychotropics or similar substances. If they present them, the driver is taken into custody and sanctioned.
