Warn other traffic and cooperate with authorities

After an accident with injured or deceased people, those involved must take adequate measures — by means of preventive signaling (señalamiento preventivo) — to prevent another accident from occurring.

They must also cooperate with the intervening authorities: help remove the crashed vehicles that obstruct the public way and provide the reports about the accident that are required of them. Fuente: Reglamento de la Ley de Tránsito y Vialidad del Estado de Yucatán, Artículo 399.
