No debris or spilled cargo on the roadway

After a traffic accident it is forbidden to leave debris on the public way, and to spill all or part of the vehicle’s cargo onto it. The roadway must be left clear of the remains of the crash. Fuente: Reglamento de la Ley de Tránsito y Vialidad del Estado de Yucatán, Artículo 402.
